1. Information Collection & Usage

TrueAim Pro is designed as a utility tool for mobile gaming accuracy customization. The App processes information solely on your local device:

Crosshair Configuration & Presets: Your custom reticle designs, sizes, colors, and game presets are stored locally on your device's memory.
Aim Trainer Performance Metrics: Reaction times, accuracy percentages, and training session counts are saved locally for performance statistics tracking.
User Preferences: App theme options, sensor toggles, and onboarding status are stored strictly locally via local key-value preferences.

2. Android System Permissions

To deliver its visual utility features, TrueAim Pro requests the following system permission:

Display Over Other Apps (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW): Required to render custom reticle overlays floating above mobile shooter games. This permission is used exclusively for visual reticle rendering and floating control buttons. No screen content is recorded, captured, or transmitted.

3. Hardware Sensors

The App accesses hardware sensors (Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, and Accelerometer/Gyroscope) strictly on-device to enable smart automation features (e.g., auto-hiding the reticle when the device is face-down or adjusting opacity in dark ambient environments). Sensor readings are processed in real-time and never logged or transmitted.

4. Third-Party Services & Analytics

TrueAim Pro does not incorporate tracking SDKs, invasive third-party analytics, or behavioral data broker services. Standard system crash logs provided anonymously by Google Play Console may be referenced solely to resolve stability issues.

5. Data Security & Storage

Since all crosshairs and usage stats remain on your device, your data is protected by Android's built-in application sandboxing architecture. Uninstalling the application will remove all local data.

6. Children's Privacy

Our application does not target or knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. TrueAim Pro complies with all applicable COPPA guidelines.

7. Compliance with Google Play Policies

This App strictly adheres to the Google Play Developer Program Policies, including User Data, Permissions, and System Alert Window guidelines. TrueAim Pro does not modify third-party game binaries, inject code into other processes, or provide unfair automated gaming advantages.
