Welcome to Happy Dances! We are fully committed to protecting the privacy of our young dancers, toddlers, parents, and caregivers. Happy Dances is designed from the ground up to be a fun, educational, and completely safe environment for children of all ages.
We believe that children's privacy is paramount. Happy Dances does not collect, request, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII). You do not need to create an account, register, or enter any personal details such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or locations to enjoy the app.
Happy Dances may request permission to use your device's Camera and Microphone:
No Data Transmission: All camera feeds and voice captures are processed completely offline, in real-time on your local device. We do not record, store, or upload any video, image, or audio data to the internet or any servers. Once you close the app, all temporary memory used is immediately cleared.
Happy Dances uses on-device local storage (Room database and Jetpack Preferences DataStore) to save game-related statistics such as lesson completion, earned stars, milestone achievements, daily streak counters, and parent settings. This data remains strictly private on your device and is never synchronized with external servers.
To ensure a safe and non-intrusive learning experience for children, Happy Dances is 100% free of third-party advertisements, analytics trackers, or software development kits (SDKs) that profile users or harvest personal data.
Since we do not collect any personal data, we have absolutely no information to sell, trade, license, or disclose to third parties, partners, or government authorities.
